Deanna Wallace is the founder of All As One, and the worldwide Executive Director. She has been involved in the field of international child welfare for 30 years, and has worked, lived and traveled extensively in several African countries. She currently divides her time between Sierra Leone and the US. Deanna is the mother of 12 children – two by birth, and ten by adoption from Korea, India, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and the US. |
Steven Amara is the Country Director and co-founder of All As One's work in Sierra Leone , which began in 2000. He coordinates all facets of our work in Sierra Leone. Each day, Steven leads a team of 40 Sierra Leoneans, who feed, clothe and shelter up to 85 babies and children. Steven previously worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF Belgium) during the Sierra Leone civil war, and was one of the people in charge of their displaced camps in Bo, Sierra Leone. He has also worked with other non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone. |
Ettaline Hill is the UK Director for All As One and opened our office there in 2009. She started helping AAO with fundraising when living in Dubai in 2007, and recently moved back to the UK where she is continuing her work with us. Ettaline visited the Children’s Center in Sierra Leone in March 2009. She also works part time as a Shiatsu practitioner and Qigong teacher. |
Jen Brauer is a professional artist & designer who volunteers as All As One's Creative Director, overseeing the production of all print materials and artwork for the organization, as well as maintaining the website and Facebook page. |
